Bednar joins a team of six midwives and she specializes in supportive midwifery care, centering pregnancy and low- and high-risk care before and during pregnancy, according to a news release from PeaceHealth. Certified nurse midwife Brenda Bednar joined the PeaceHealth obstetrics clinic in March in Bellingham. 'My role as a nurse midwife is to support my patients as they make decisions that are right for them and their families.
